I have worked with Brenda Carson as my property manager in Mexico for the past year now and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has great organizational skills, and keeps any project we have going on track. She is used to dealing with the local population and is very good at communicating with them to get things done.

Her duties in my project included almost everything, from working with the builder to helping me pick out artwork for the walls. I find her easy to work with and very responsible. In fact, if it was not for Brenda being in Mexico I am almost sure that I would not own property there. I have known Brenda for a number of years and have found her to be an honest and reliable person. She did outstanding work for me when it came to helping me set up my condo in Playa del Carmen. Brenda was able to set up my condo, carte blanche, with furnishings and all my services including satellite. She was able to deal with the contractor on additional construction I had done, as well as, arrange for hurricane shutters to be installed.

If not for her ability to deal with the locals in Spanish, I am sure I would still be struggling to get things done. The fact that she lives in Playa seemed to give her a distinct advantage in getting things done in a timely fashion.

I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who has purchased or is thinking about purchasing a recreational property in Mexico.
